Hadith 8:2944
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Humayd, who said: I asked Tawus about a man who entered Mecca at night. He said: "Is that not the cool spoils?" I then asked al-Qasim and 'Ata' about that, and they saw no harm in it.
