Hadith 8:2952
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Khusayf, from Mujahid, who said: The *Qani’* (contented one) is the people of Mecca. And the *Mu’tarr* is the one who encounters you and asks you.
