Hadith 8:2957
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Hammad, regarding a man who shot game in the *Hill* (the area outside the Sacred Precinct), and it fell into the *Haram* (the Sacred Precinct) and died. He said: It is more pleasing to me that he does not eat it.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا محمد بن جعفر عن شعبة عن حماد في رجل رمى صيدا في الحل فوقع في الحرم فمات قال أعجب إلي أن لا يأكله
