Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from ‘Ata’, and from Ash’ath, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, who said: If he shoots while in the *Hill* (the area outside the Sacred Precinct) and hits [the target] while in the *Haram* (the Sacred Precinct), he must offer an expiation. And if he shoots while in the *Haram* and hits [the target] while in the *Hill*, he must offer an expiation.
