Hadith 8:296
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Wahhab ibn 'Ata' narrated to us, from Ibn 'Awn, who said: I wrote to Nafi' asking him about the *muhrim* (a person in the state of ihram) using medicine. He wrote back to me: Yes, [he may use] medicine that does not contain perfume.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا عبد الوهاب بن عطاء عن بن عون قال كتبت إلى نافع أسأله عن المحرم يتداوى فكتب إلي نعم دواء ليس فيه طيب
