Hadith 8:2982
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Shababa bin Sawwar narrated to us, from Hisham bin al-Ghazi, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, he said: Whoever kills a hyena while he is in the state of ihram, then upon him is the fidyah (expiation).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا شبابة بن سوار عن هشام بن الغاز عن نافع عن بن عمر قال من قتل ضبعا وهو محرم فعليه الفداء
