Hadith 8:3054
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ubayd Allah ibn Musa narrated to us, from Uthman, from Ata, who said: There is no Umrah upon the people of Makkah. Indeed, only the one who visits the House performs Umrah in order to circumambulate it, and the people of Makkah circumambulate whenever they wish.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبيد الله بن موسى عن عثمان عن عطاء قال ليس على أهل مكة عمرة إنما يعتمر من زار البيت ليطوف به وأهل مكة يطوفون متى شاؤا
