Hadith 8:3055
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, who said: There is no ‘Umrah upon the people of Makkah. Indeed, the one who performs ‘Umrah is the one who visits the House in order to circumambulate it, and the people of Makkah circumambulate whenever they wish.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن إدريس عن بن جريج عن عطاء قال ليس على أهل مكة عمرة إنما يعتمر من زار البيت ليطوف به وأهل مكة يطوفون متى شاؤا
