Hadith 8:3059
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, who said: There is no *mut'ah* (temporary marriage or specific Hajj ritual) upon the people of Makkah, and there is no *ihsar* (being prevented from completing Hajj) upon them. Their *ihsar* is only that they perform the *tawaf* of the House.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو معاوية عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه قال ليس على أهل مكة متعة وليس عليهم أحصار إنما إحصارهم أن يطوفوا بالبيت
