Hadith 8:3061
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Juhayr, from Tawus, he said: There is no *mut'ah* (temporary marriage or Hajj al-Tamattu') for the people of Makkah. Then he recited: "That is for those whose family is not present at the Sacred Mosque." If they do it, then perform Hajj, then upon them is the like of what is upon the people.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا سفيان بن عيينة عن هشام بن جحير عن طاوس قال ليس على أهل مكة متعة ثم قرأ @QB@ ذلك لمن لم يكن أهله حاضري المسجد الحرام @QE@ فإن فعلوا ثم حجوا فعليهم مثل ما على الناس
