Hadith 8:311
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Dawud ibn Abi Hind, who said: I was a resident in Makkah, so I asked Mujahid: "From where should I enter into Ihram?" He said: "From wherever you wish." I said: "From Dhat 'Irq?" He said: "For it is our boundary." He said: "If you are in Makkah, enter into Ihram from wherever you wish. And if you come from another land, do not pass the boundary until you enter into Ihram, for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered into Ihram from al-Ji'ranah while he was coming from al-Ta'if."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا بن فضيل عن داود ( ( ( سلم ) ) ) بن أبي هند ( ( ( الذيال ) ) ) قال كنت واطنا بمكة فسألت مجاهدا من أين أحرم قال من حيث شئت قلت من ذات عرق قال فإنها حدنا قال إذا كنت ( ( ( زوجا ) ) ) بمكة ( ( ( وهما ) ) ) فاحرم ( ( ( صغيران ) ) ) من ( ( ( إنهما ) ) ) حيث ( ( ( بالخيار ) ) ) شئت وإذا جئت ( ( ( إدريس ) ) ) من بلد آخر فلا ( ( ( الحسن ) ) ) تجاوز الحد ( ( ( لها ) ) ) حتى ( ( ( الخيار ) ) ) تحرم فإن ( ( ( الضحاك ) ) ) رسول الله ( ( ( مخلد ) ) ) صلى الله عليه ( ( ( جريج ) ) ) وسلم قد ( ( ( عطاء ) ) ) أحرم من ( ( ( هي ) ) ) الجعرانة ( ( ( بالخيار ) ) ) وهو مقبل من ( ( ( مهدي ) ) ) الطائف
