Hadith 8:3115
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from al-Hakam, from Miqsam, from Ibn Abbas, who said: "Hands are not to be raised except in seven places: when you stand for the prayer, when you arrive from a city, when you see the House (the Kaaba), when you stand upon al-Safa and al-Marwa, at Arafat, at Jam' (Muzdalifah), and at the Jamarat."
