Hadith 8:3127
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mansur, from Mujahid, who said: Everything that the Muhrim (a person in the state of Ihram) hits of game while forgetting, he is judged for it.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير عن منصور عن مجاهد قال كل ما أصاب المحرم الصيد ناسيا حكم عليه
