Hadith 8:3129
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, from Dawud, from al-Sha’bi, from Shurayh, who said: A man asked him and said: "I killed game while I was in the state of ihram." Shurayh said: "Did you kill it intentionally?" He said: "No." He said: "If you had done so, I would have entrusted you to Allah the Exalted, so that He might take vengeance upon you, and Allah is All-Mighty, Owner of Retribution." Dawud said: So I mentioned that to Sa’id bin Jubayr, and he said: "Does he judge against him while he is in ihram?"
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا علي بن مسهر عن داود عن الشعبي عن شريح قال سأله رجل فقال إني أصبت صيدا وأنا محرم فقال شريح هل كنت أصبت قبلة قال لا قال لو كنت فعلت وكلتك إلى الله تعالى حتى ينتقم منك والله عزيز ذو انتقام قال داود فذكرت ذلك لسعيد بن جبير فقال أفيخلع يحكم عليه
