Hadith 8:3130
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Hisham, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, who said: If he commits it once, judgment is passed upon him. Then, if he returns [to it], judgment is not passed upon him. Then he recited: "And whoever returns [to sin], Allah will take retribution from him."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو أسامة عن هشام عن عكرمة عن بن عباس قال إذا أصاب مرة حكم عليه ثم إن عاد لم يحكم عليه ثم قرأ @QB@ ومن عاد فينتقم الله منه @QE@ 1
