Hadith 8:325
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, who said: I asked al-Hakam and Hammad about the *muhrim* (a person in the state of ihram) getting married. They both said: There is no harm in it.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا غندر عن شعبة قال سألت الحكم وحمادا عن المحرم يتزوج قالا لا بأس به
