Hadith 8:3262
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Imran bin Hudayr, from Abu Mijlaz, regarding His saying: "And hunting of land game is forbidden to you while you are in the state of Ihram." He said: Whatever lives on land, do not hunt it. And whatever lives in the sea, that is [permitted].
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن عمران بن حدير عن أبي مجلز في قوله @QB@ وحرم عليكم صيد البر ما دمتم حرما @QE@ 1 قال ما كان يعيش في البر فلا تصده وما كان يعيش في البحر فذاك
