Hadith 8:335
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jabir ibn Isma'il narrated to us, from Ja'far, from his father, that 'Umar and 'Ali both said: "The one in the state of ihram shall not marry, nor shall he give in marriage. If he does marry, then his marriage is void."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا جابر بن إسماعيل عن جعفر عن أبيه أن عمر وعليا قالا المحرم لا ينكح ولا ينكح فإن نكح فنكاحه باطل
