Hadith 8:358
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: 'Abdah bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Ibn Abi 'Arubah, from Qatadah, from Sa'id bin Jubayr, who said: "The one performing Tamattu', if the days of Tashriq pass him by while he has not fasted, he shall feed (the poor) for the three (days) and fast the seven when he returns."
