Hadith 8:365
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, who said: Whoever performs 'Umrah in Shawwal or in Dhu al-Qa'dah, then remains until he performs Hajj, he is a Mutamatti' (one performing Tamattu'). Upon him is what is available of the sacrificial animal (Hady). Whoever does not find [one], then fasting three days and seven when he returns to his family.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن يحيى بن سعيد عن سعيد بن المسيب قال من اعتمر في شوال أو في ذي القعدة ثم أقام حتى يحج فهو متمتع عليه ما استيسر من الهدي فمن لم يجد فصيام ثلاثة أيام وسبعة إذا رجع إلى أهله
