Hadith 8:366
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Kathir ibn Hisham narrated to us, from Ja'far ibn Burqan, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, he said: He used to see upon the Mutamatti' (one performing Tamattu' Hajj) a Budnah (a camel or cow for sacrifice). If he did not find one, then fasting three days, and seven when he returns.
