Hadith 8:369
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from al-‘Umari, from Nafi’, from Ibn ‘Umar, he said: ‘Umar said: "If one performs ‘Umrah during the months of Hajj and then remains [in Makkah], he is a Mutamatti’ (one performing Tamattu’). But if he returns [home], he is not a Mutamatti’."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا وكيع عن العمري عن نافع عن بن عمر قال قال عمر إذا اعتمر في أشهر الحج ثم أقام فهو متمتع فإن رجع فليس بمتمتع
