Hadith 8:370
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Layth, from ‘Ata’, Tawus, and Mujahid, they said: If he goes out during the months of Hajj, then he stays, he is a Mutamatti‘.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا حفص عن ليث عن عطاء وطاوس ومجاهد قالوا إن خرج في أشهر الحج ثم أقام فهو متمتع
