Hadith 8:375
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Hisham al-Dastawa’i, from Qatada, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, who said: When the companions of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, would perform ‘Umrah during the months of Hajj, and then they would not perform Hajj in that same year, they would not offer a sacrificial animal (hady).
