Hadith 8:405
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, from al-Jurayri, from Yazid, from his brother, he said: (Suwayd) said: Imran ibn Husayn said to me: "The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) performed 'Umrah with a group of his family during the ten [days] of Dhu al-Hijjah, and he did not forbid it, nor was a verse revealed to abrogate it." He said: "A speaker said regarding that whatever he wished."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا أبو أسامة عن الجريري عن يزيد عن أخيه قال ( ( ( سويد ) ) ) قال لي عمران بن حصين إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قد اعتمر طائفة من أهله في عشرة ذي الحجة فلم ينه عنه ولم ينزل نسخة قال في ذلك قائل ما شاء
