Hadith 8:42
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Khaythama, from al-Harith ibn Qays, who said: I went out with a group of the companions of Abdullah, intending [to go to] Makkah. When we left the houses, the time for prayer arrived, so they prayed two rak'ahs, then they entered into the state of ihram. So I entered into the state of ihram with them, but I did not intend [to do so]; rather, I disliked differing [from them].
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن خيثمة عن الحارث بن قيس قال خرجت في نفر من أصحاب عبد الله نريد مكة فلما خرجنا من البيوت حضرت الصلاة فصلوا ركعتين ثم أهلوا فأهللت معهم ولكن لا أريد ولكني كرهت الخلاف
