Hadith 8:437
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Hajjaj, that ‘Ata’ said: If he owes a Hajj, then he must reach the House for Hajj or ‘Umrah. And if he has not performed Hajj, then Hajj is incumbent upon him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا هشيم عن حجاج أن عطاء قال إن كان عليه حج فعليه أن يصل إلى البيت لحج أو عمرة وإن كان لم يحج فعليه الحج
