Hadith 8:444
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Yazid ibn Jabir, he said: I asked Mujahid about the *muhrim* (pilgrim in state of ihram) who has intercourse with his wife. He said: That happened during the time of ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab, and he said: "They shall complete their Hajj—and Allah knows best regarding their Hajj—then they shall return as *halal* (no longer in ihram) to one another. Then, when the following year comes, they shall perform Hajj and offer a sacrifice, and they shall separate from the place where the incident occurred between them."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا بن عيينة عن يزيد بن يزيد بن جابر قال سألت مجاهدا عن المحرم يواقع امرأته فقال كان ذلك على عهد عمر بن الخطاب فقال يقضيان حجهما والله أعلم بحجهما ثم يرجعان حلالا كل واحد منهما لصاحبه فإذا كان من قابل حجا واهديا وتفرقا من المكان الذي أصابهما
