Hadith 8:445
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Abd al-Aziz ibn Rufay, from Abd Allah ibn Wahban, from Ibn Abbas, he said: A man came to Ibn Abbas and said: "I had intercourse with my wife while I was in the state of ihram." He said: "Allah knows best about your Hajj. Proceed with your journey, and upon you both is the Hajj from the following year. When you reach the place where you had intercourse, separate, and do not come together again until you have completed your Hajj."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا أبو بكر بن عياش عن عبد العزيز بن رفيع عن عبد الله بن وهبان عن بن عباس قال جاء رجل إلى بن عباس فقال إني وقعت على امرأتي وأنا محرم فقال الله أعلم بحجكما أمضيا لوجهكما وعليكما الحج من قابل فإذا انتهيت إلى المكان الذي واقعت فيه فتفرقا ثم لا تجتمعا حتى تقضيا حجكما
