Hadith 8:447
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya bin Sa’id narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: Sa’id bin Kharasha narrated to me that a man asked Jābir bin Zayd and al-Hasan bin Muhammad for a legal opinion regarding a man and his wife who entered into the state of Ihram for Hajj, then he had intercourse with her. They both said: They must complete their Hajj, and they owe a Hajj the following year. And if they are people of means, he must offer a camel as a sacrifice.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن بن جريج قال حدثني سعيد بن خرشة أن رجلا استفتى جابر بن زيد والحسن بن محمد عن رجل وإمرأته أهلا بالحج ثم وقع عليها فقالا يتمان حجهما وعليهما الحج من قابل وإن كانا ذوا ميسرة أهدى جزورا
