Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Abd al-Malik, he said: I saw Sa’id ibn Jubayr when he began the circumambulation (Tawaf). He faced the Black Stone and did not leave it, and he raised his hands and said the Takbir. So I asked ‘Ata’, and he said: Say the Takbir, but do not raise your hands with the Takbir.
