Hadith 8:538
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, from Aisha, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) mentioned Safiyyah, and I said: "She has menstruated." He said: "May she be barren and have her head shaved! I do not see her as anything but one who will detain us." She said: I said: "She has performed the circumambulation (tawaf) on the Day of Sacrifice." He said: "Then no (she will not detain us). Tell her to depart."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم عن الأسود عن عائشة قالت ذكر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم صفية فقلت إنها قد حاضت قال عقري حلقي ما أراها إلا حابستنا قالت قلت إنها قد طافت يوم النحر قال فلا إذا مروها فلتنفر
