Hadith 8:558
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from Layth, from 'Ata', Tawus, and Mujahid, that they said: Nothing is to be eaten from the *fidyah* (expiatory offering) nor from the *jaza' al-sayd* (compensation for hunting).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا إسماعيل بن علية عن ليث عن عطاء وطاوس ومجاهد أنهم قالوا لا يؤكل من الفدية ولا من جزاء الصيد
