Hadith 8:575
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Abu Bishr, from ‘Ata’ and Yusuf ibn Mahak and Mansur, from ‘Ata’, that a man locked his door upon a pigeon and its two chicks, then he departed for ‘Arafat and Mina. He returned and they had died. He came to Ibn ‘Umar and mentioned that to him, so he imposed upon him three sheep and appointed a man to judge with him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا هشيم عن أبي بشر عن عطاء ويوسف بن ماهك ومنصور عن عطاء أن رجلا أغلق بابه على حمامة وفرخيها ثم انطلق إلى عرفات ومنى فرجع وقد موتت فأتى بن عمر فذكر ذلك له فجعل عليه ثلاثا من الغنم وحكم معه رجل
