Hadith 8:594
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, he said: *Al-rafath* (obscene speech/acts) is sexual intercourse. *Al-fusuq* (wickedness) is reviling. *Al-jidal* (disputing) is disagreement. The slave performs Hajj with permission.
