Hadith 8:630
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Jabir, who said: I asked al-Qasim, Mujahid, Salim, ‘Ata’, and Tawus about ants, grasshoppers, and sandgrouse. They said: "If it was by mistake, then there is nothing upon him, and if it was intentional, then in it is a handful of food." And ‘Amir said: "It is a handful of food, whether it was by mistake or intentional."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن جابر قال سألت القاسم ومجاهدا وسالما وعطاء وطاوسا عن النمل والجنادب والقطا فقالوا إن كان خطأ فليس عليه شيء وإن كان عمدا ففيه كف من طعام وقال عامر هو كف من طعام خطأ كان أم عمدا
