Hadith 8:64
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Husayn, from al-Sha’bi, who said: I saw a man in al-Qadisiyyah who had garlanded his sacrificial animal, and he was wearing a qaba’ (outer garment) and a turban. I ordered him to remove his turban. And he said: "Indeed, when a man garlands or covers [his sacrificial animal], he has entered into ihram."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا بن فضيل عن حصين عن الشعبي قال رأيت رجلا بالقادسية قد قلد هدية وعليه قباءة وعمامة فأمرته أن ينزع عمامته وقال إن الرجل إذا قلد أو جلل فقد أحرم
