Hadith 8:652
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from 'Ata', who said: Whatever is of blood (sacrifice), then it is in Makkah. And whatever is of fasting or charity, then it is wherever you wish.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا أبو معاوية عن حجاج عن عطاء قال ما كان من دم فبمكة وما كان من صيام أو صدقة فحيث شئت
