Hadith 8:657
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan and ‘Ata’, who both said regarding the *muhrim* (one in the state of ihram): If he forces his wife, then upon him is her expiation. If she obeys him, then upon each one of them is an expiation.
حدثنا أبو ( ( ( نهار ) ) ) بكر ( ( ( ورضيت ) ) ) قال ( ( ( به ) ) ) حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن هشام عن الحسن وعطاء قالا في المحرم إن استكره امرأته فعليه كفارتها فإن طاوعته فعلى كل واحد منهما كفارة
