Hadith 8:678
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, from al-Rabi’ ibn Sa’d, he said: I saw Abu Ja’far circumambulate the House (the Kaaba), then he came to Zamzam. Then he was brought nabidh (a drink made from soaked dates or raisins) from the nabidh of the watering place (siqayah). He drank half of it and gave Ja’far the other half.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا عبد الله بن نمير عن الربيع بن سعد قال رأيت أبا جعفر طاف بالبيت ثم أتى زمزم فأتي بنبيذ من نبيذ السقاية فشرب نصفا وأعطى جعفرا نصفا
