Hadith 8:724

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Ibrahim, regarding His saying: "And whoever among you kills it intentionally, then the penalty is an equivalent from the livestock to what he killed, as judged by two just men among you, as an offering brought to the Ka'bah." He said: If he does not find [the livestock], he shall estimate its value in food. Then it was said to him: Fast one day for every half a sa’.

حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم في قوله @QB@ ومن قتله منكم متعمدا فجزاء مثل ما قتل من النعم يحكم به ذوا عدل منكم هديا بالغ الكعبة @QE@ فإن لم يجد قوم عليه طعام ثم قيل له صم لكل نصف صاع يوما
