Hadith 8:731
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from 'Ata', who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, heard a man saying, "Labbayk (I am here) on behalf of Shubruma." He said, "If you have performed Hajj on your own behalf, then say it on behalf of Shubruma; otherwise, say it on your own behalf."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا أبو معاوية عن بن أبي ليلى عن عطاء قال سمع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم رجلا يقول لبيك عن شبرمة فقال إن كنت حججت قلت عن شبرمة وإلا قلت عن نفسك
