Hadith 8:735
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Umar ibn Dharr, from Mujahid, regarding a man who performs Hajj on behalf of a man, while he (the performer) had never performed Hajj before. He said: "It suffices for him and for his companion." Abu Bakr said: "The one who has never performed Hajj is [considered] a necessity."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا وكيع عن عمر بن ذر عن مجاهد في الرجل يحج عن الرجل ولم يكن حج قط قال يجزئ عنه وعن صاحبه الأول قال أبو بكر الضرورة الذي لم يحج قط
