Hadith 8:738
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Layth, from Mujahid, regarding a man who is in the state of ihram for Hajj and Umrah, and his wife is in the state of ihram for Hajj and Umrah, and he has intercourse with her. He said: They shall complete their Hajj and their Umrah, and each one of them must sacrifice an animal. They are obligated to perform the Umrah and Hajj the following year, and they must not pass by the place where they committed what they committed.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن ليث عن مجاهد في الرجل يكون محرما بحجة وعمرة وامرأته محرمة بحجة وعمرة فيقع عليها قال يمضيان بحجهما وعمرتهما ويهريق كل واحد منهما دما وعليهما العمرة والحج من قابل ولا يمران بالمكان الذي أصابا فيه ما أصابا
