Hadith 8:78
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, that he used to issue fatwas according to that, and he would say: "He does not abstain from anything that the *muhrim* (one in the state of ihram) abstains from."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا غندر عن سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن أنه كان يفتي بذلك ويقول لا يمسك عن شيء يمسك عنه المحرم
