Hadith 8:795
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sufyan ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, in a *marfu’* (attributed to the Prophet) manner, he said: Whoever is present among his family, let him marry from among them where he wishes, until the one who comes from the *miqat* (appointed place) arrives. The dowry that he drives to her is upon the people of Mecca, the upper [class].
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن بن طاوس ( ( ( جعدة ) ) ) عن أبيه رفعه قال من ( ( ( شهدت ) ) ) كان أهله ( ( ( خير ) ) ) دون ( ( ( مفقودا ) ) ) الميقات ( ( ( تزوجت ) ) ) أهل من ( ( ( بينها ) ) ) حيث ( ( ( وبين ) ) ) ينشي ( ( ( المهر ) ) ) حتى ( ( ( الذي ) ) ) يأتي ( ( ( ساقه ) ) ) ذلك ( ( ( إليها ) ) ) على أهل مكة ( ( ( الأعلى ) ) )
