Hadith 8:796
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Layth, from Tawus, Ata, and Mujahid. They said: "He divorces her if his family is between the time [the corner] and [the door] of Makkah, and he is one of its people."
