Hadith 8:800
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibn Jurayj, from Ata, that he used to say: If one leaves the Jamrat al-Aqaba until the night intentionally, then upon him is a sacrifice (dam). And he said: He shall throw [the pebbles] the next day.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا جرير عن سفيان عن بن جريج عن عطاء أنه كان يقول إذا ترك جمرة العقبة إلى الليل متعمدا فعليه دم وقال يرمي من الغد
