Hadith 8:880
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Hashim and Waki’ narrated to us, from Talha, from Ibn Abbas, he said: No one shall enter Makkah without Ihram, except for the woodcutters, the hurried ones, and the people of its benefits.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا علي بن هاشم ووكيع عن طلحة عن بن عباس قال لا يدخل أحد مكة بغير إحرام إلا الحطابين العجالين وأهل منافعها
