Hadith 8:894
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from al-Awza’i, from ‘Ata’, who said: "It is not upon a man to take his wife for Hajj, unless he wishes to." Al-Awza’i said: Yahya ibn Abi Kathir narrated to us that it is upon him if she has not performed Hajj. Makhul said: "Are your women performing Hajj?"
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن الأوزاعي عن عطاء قال ليس على الرجل يحج بامرأته إلا أن يشاء قال الاوزاعي قال حدثنا يحيى بن أبي كثير هو عليه إن كانت لم تحج قال مكحول أحجاج نسائكم
